Initial evaluations typically last around 60 minutes, while follow-up visits are approximately 45 minutes.
No referrals are needed for physiotherapy treatment since we serve as the first point of contact.

We accept self-managed and plan-managed payments for NDIS funding. Invoices are sent weekly. If you’re claiming private health insurance, we can provide a receipt for bank transfers or cash payments.

Please ensure your child wears something comfortable, along with shoes where applicable.
Our specialisation spans from newborns at seven weeks old to children up to 16 years of age.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to optimise scheduling and assist other families. If emergencies arise, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs without imposing a cancellation fee.
